What exactly is an interview pack?
An interview pack is a structured document containing a candidate overview, suitability assessment with a strengths matrix, an overall verdict (Strong/Good/Moderate/Weak), areas to probe during the interview, and eight tailored interview questions, each with follow-up prompts and space for notes.
What file formats can I upload?
CVs can be uploaded as PDF, DOC, DOCX, or TXT files (up to 10MB). Job specifications support the same formats plus Markdown. You can also paste job spec text directly if you don't have a file.
How does the credit system work?
AI operations consume credits at different rates: extracting CV details and extracting job spec details each use 5 credits, and generating an interview pack uses 10 credits — so a full workflow (CV + job spec + pack) costs 20 credits. Monthly plans include 200 to 2000 credits depending on your tier. Unused credits roll over each month up to your plan's cap. If you need more, you can buy additional credits at any time. If an AI operation fails, the credits are automatically refunded.
Can I brand the packs with my company details?
Yes. You can set your logo, company name, primary and secondary colours, header text, intro text, and footer copy. Every PDF you generate will use your branding, so packs look like they came from your team.
Who is Preplr designed for?
Preplr is built for recruitment agencies who want to offer interview prep as a service, in-house talent teams who need consistent interview materials, and individual hiring managers who want to be better prepared. If you interview candidates, Preplr saves you time.
Can I regenerate a pack if I'm not happy with it?
Yes, you can regenerate any pack. Each regeneration uses 10 additional credits. Downloading a previously generated pack is always free.
Can I try it before committing to a plan?
Absolutely. Every new account gets 25 free credits with no payment method required — enough to extract a job spec, parse a CV, and generate a full interview pack with credits to spare. See if Preplr works for your workflow before subscribing.
